How to Order Your Personalized Pet Portrait
Step 1: Select the Size
Choose the desired size for your artwork (e.g., 8"x10", 12"x18", etc.).
Step 2: Select the Format
Choose the preferred format for your artwork:
- Digital file (downloadable)
- Printed version with frame options (Black, White, or Wood frame)
Step 3: Select Background
Pick your favorite background style for the portrait.
Step 4: Enter Name (Optional)
Type your pet’s name or any special text you want included (optional).
Step 5: Upload Your Photos
Click "Choose file" to upload your pet’s photo, or simply drag and drop your high-quality photo onto the designated area.
Step 6: Place Your Order
Click "Add to cart," review your details, and proceed to checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery
Your preview will be ready within 2 to 24 hours after we receive your photo. Production will only begin after you approve the final preview and confirm all the details with us. For physical products, your design will be printed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after preview approval. If you ordered a digital portrait, the final file will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout
