HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

1. Choose Your Artwork
Browse our store and select the product that resonates with you.
If the item includes customization options, choose your preferred material, size, and frame.

2. Upload Your Photo
Upload your high-quality image directly on the product page, in the section labeled “Choose Photo”.

3. Frame Selection (For Framed Paintings)
If you are ordering a framed artwork, please select your preferred frame color in the “Choose Frame” section on the product page.
Available frame colors: Black, White, Wood.

4. Place Your Order
Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
Complete your purchase using your preferred payment method.

5. Order Processing & Delivery
Your preview will be ready within 2 to 24 hours after we receive your photo. The product will only go into production after you approve the final preview and confirm all the details with us. For physical products, your artwork will be printed and shipped within 3–7 business days after you approve the preview.

If you ordered a digital portrait, the final file will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
